  • Who can attend?
    • The first annual SWUVSA Apex Conference is primarily intended for young professionals and college students but is open to any interested parties above the age of 18.
  • When is it?
    • April 1st-April 3rd, 2016
  • Where is it?
    • The conference will be held at the University of Colorado Denver. Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation to the conference site
  • What does the registration fee cover?
    • T-shirt
    • Name badge
    • Saturday Lunch and Dinner
    • All conference programming: keynote speeches, workshops
    • Gala seat
  • What do I do about housing?
    • The conference is a 3-day event and although we cannot provide housing, we highly recommend staying at one of these hotels:
      • SpringHill Suites Denver Downtown
      • Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Downtown
  • What should I wear?
    • Conference style guide coming soon!
  • What’s the weather going to be like?
    • The weather during this time of year is typically warm with an average of 60°F. Despite this, Colorado’s weather is known to be unpredictable during this time of year, please bring something warm to wear in the event that the weather turns cold.
  • What’s the schedule for the weekend?

  • Can I just attend the Gala?
